While the kiddo and I were out of town visiting my mom hubby woke up and discovered something wrong with the hot water heater. So he called a friend who does home repairs on the side and they spent most of the day replacing the hot water heater. We know the damaged one was over 12 years old since we have been here 12 years. So it was about time I suppose. Thankfully they had the new one working by the time we made it home.
